Pain-Free in '20

Our vision is to get everyone – including you – to live pain-free

without having to rely on the healthcare system.

No pills. No procedures. Just quality Movement as Your Rx.

What’s in a Name? For Us, A Lot

Healthcare today is a paradox. Hundreds of millions of dollars are invested in developing incredible technology to address certain diseases and surgeries. Yet at the same time, general health is getting worse. The solution to that is not a pill or procedure, and so it’s ignored by the economic powerhouses of the healthcare world.

The solution starts with building your body’s ability to move well. Lack of strength, balance, stability, and mobility are the precursors to all chronic health conditions. Your prescription (i.e. your Rx) must be movement.

We’ve designed an answer. Your Movement Rx is the premier personal and workplace resource for movement based education and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal pain. It is a place where you can connect with physical therapists and movement experts to learn the tools and techniques to heal yourself, without a doctor, surgery, or pills. Our programs have helped thousands of people connect with their body, eliminate chronic pain, and improve emotional health.

What We Do

We get people better, faster.  Our programs help people get to the root cause of their pain and injury and back to doing the things they love. If you, your employees, your patients or your clients have lower back, shoulder, or knee pain, our team of physical therapists and movement experts provide safe and progressive programs to eliminate that pain. We’ve distilled the optimal techniques learned from over 80,000 contact hours coaching, treating, and educating and integrated those into our programs.  From Navy SEALs to Midwest call center personnel and everyone in between, our programs work.

Why We Do It

We are on a mission to eliminate pain in the workplace. Why? We do it because we believe that movement and mindfulness is the ONLY sustainable model of healthcare.  And it’s the cheapest.  We believe that this needs to happen where people spend most of their waking hours – at work. We believe that true growth and happiness is a process, not a pill. We believe that you can be your own advocate, heal your own chronic injuries, and that self-care is a necessary modern day tool. We want to empower with the tools and techniques we have used to help thousands of individuals experience physical freedom.  Remember, freedom is an inalienable right.

Why Cohorts?

We strongly encourage the cohort model of organizational well-being, as opposed to open enrollment into programs. Cohorts, aka groups, encourage community and enable certain accountability measures. We find that those who use our programs as part of a community get the best results. It’s also easier to produce meaningful, actionable data under a cohort model.
